Katherine Gisell Hernández Osorio
Biography
Bacteriologist with an emphasis on clinical laboratory, graduated from the Universidad Latina de Panamá. She specialized in Assisted Reproduction Techniques and Andrology at the San Fernando Clinic, training that she complemented with the specialization in Health Services Management at the Sergio Arboleda University and with the Master's degree in Assisted Human Reproduction at the European University of the Atlantic. This academic career has allowed him to integrate scientific rigour with the management and strategic vision of assisted reproduction laboratories.
With more than 15 years of experience in clinical embryology, she currently serves as National Coordinator of Processes of the Inser Group Laboratories, a position from which she leads the standardization of processes, the performance of technical audits, the training of embryologists in training and research projects focused on the continuous improvement of laboratories.
He is a member of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE), the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and a founding member of the Colombian Society of Embryology Singamia. She also actively participates in academic training as a teacher of the continuing education plan (PEC Online) of the Latin American Network of Assisted Reproduction, contributing to the training of professionals in the region.
Her career reflects a permanent commitment to excellence, innovation and academic training, with the purpose of contributing to the development of clinical embryology in Colombia and accompanying those who seek to fulfill the dream of starting a family.
